Yes, you can charge the case without the earbuds enclosed. The charge time is one hour on an empty battery. The fully charged battery has power for up to 10 hours of talking and/or music time and up to 100 hours of standby time.

The earphones, Powerbeats Pro, will appear as "Powerbeats Pro" in the Bluetooth settings of your iPhone 13 for pairing. If your iPhone is not detecting the Powerbeats Pro, make sure to turn on the earphones by pressing and holding the multifunction key for approximately two seconds. The headset will emit a beep sound and the blue indicator light will momentarily appear. If the headset has not been paired with a device previously, it will enter the pairing mode automatically.

This site is a joke. So is the product. They unpair and cease functioning at least once a week. Customer service is nonexistent. My roommate and I took great pleasure in smashing his pair with a hammer. Mine are next. Fuck beatbuds as a product and a company.

Cannot pair to my phone: troubleshooting states to press button on front until red light flashes and then white light continues to flash. My problem is the white light is already flashing (continuously) when I open the case and pushing the button doesn't change anything?
